On March 30, 2024, Ziking 2023 Annual Work Conference was held in Zhuhai. More than 30 people, including the executives of the company, heads of departments and middle managers like deputy managers, attended the meeting. The meeting comprehensively summarized the completion of various work in 2023, and scientifically deployed the key work in 2024.
Qinghao Jia, the CEO, took the charge of the meeting. In the beginning, the heads of each department presented detailed work report of their department in 2023, emphatically analyzing existing problems and shortcomings and proposing constructive solutions. The executives carefully listened to the report and focused on the safety, technology, equipment, quality and other issues coming up from the execution and production of major orders. They also put forward corresponding improvement plans on the spot.
Subsequently, CEO Qinghao Jia made an annual summary report on behalf of the company's executives. He comprehensively summarized the production and operation situation of the company in 2023 from the aspects of production and marketing targets, capacity layout, enterprise management, and economic indicators, and profoundly analyzed the current domestic and international industry and market situation. He pointed out it’s cheerful that the company still achieved the growth of all business indicators in the background of slower growth of the offshore wind power industry and the tortuous recovery of the domestic economic situation after the 3-year pandemic, but we must see the shortcomings in the development of the company as well. He also detailedly arranged and deployed Ziking’s 2024 company key work in terms of accelerating the construction of workshops, expanding domestic and overseas markets, further improving management capabilities, reducing costs and increasing efficiency.
At the end of the meeting, President Yun Qiu fully affirmed the work accomplished by Ziking's all departments and management personnel in the past year on behalf of the board. He believes that the bottleneck issue is both a challenge and an opportunity. The point is how to consistently pursue technological innovation, improve the management capacity, and further improve the competitiveness of enterprises in these opportunities and challenges; this is also the problem that managers at all levels should think about and work on. He said that it’s necessary to maintain the company's development strategy. All employees should work together to achieve the company's overall production and operation goals, and totally complete the 2024 goal by effectively enhancing the sense of global consciousness and responsibility and solidly completing various work tasks throughout the year.
